I’m a Creative Design Leader who believes creativity is as much about people and process as it is about the final result.
At PTC, I lead a multidisciplinary team of Art Directors, Designers, and external creatives, collaborating across marketing, product, and brand to bring complex technology stories to life in simple, meaningful ways. I’ve spent my career shaping visual narratives that connect, whether that’s a global campaign, a product launch, or the evolution of a brand system.
What drives me most is culture. Building teams that feel trusted, supported, and empowered to take creative risks has shown me how empathy, collaboration, and curiosity can transform not only the work, but the people behind it.
Outside of PTC, I stay close to the craft through freelance projects that allow me the freedom to explore new styles, mediums, and ideas. I love the balance of growing as a leader while still getting hands-on; experimenting, learning, and staying current with emerging trends and tools.
That same creative energy fuels Diriglow, my personal music project, where I explore sound through experimentation, layering, and emotion. The more I grow as a musician, the more I evolve as a creative leader. Music has taught me to listen differently, think rhythmically, and embrace intuition in design.
I also have a soft spot for one of the best Japanese coupes of the 1990s, the Lexus SC300. It’s a masterclass in balance, engineering, and restraint, representing a design philosophy I’ve always admired: highly refined yet understated.
